TIME AWAY FROM YOUR PHONE
Daily goals, focus blocks, and a record of the time you take back.
Choose a daily goal for awake time away from your phone. Each successful day counts once.
Set usual sleep hours and naps. Sleeping time stays out of your offline goal.
Schedule work, study, dinner, or wind-down blocks with the apps you choose.
Pause selected apps now or set daily limits. Keep essential apps available.
Choose a pause, cooldown, or stronger commitment before unblocking. You stay in control.
See completed, missed, and unknown days. Missing measurements never count as success.
Offline Streak uses Apple's Screen Time to help you pause apps. It supports your own choices; it isn't a lock or a parental control, and calls and emergency features always stay available.
Offline Streak

Private by design
Goals, sleep hours, schedules, block settings and streak history are stored and processed on your iPhone. Screen Time information stays within Apple's protected boundary and is never uploaded to us. Deleting the app may remove local data. An account is optional. Health readings are never included in our online backups.

Good to know
Yes. Offline Streak is free on the App Store for iPhone. Download it here.
No. Every feature is free.
No. Offline means time away from using your phone, not just time without Wi-Fi or cellular service. Playing an offline game in airplane mode is still phone use.
The goal is to keep the streak without daily check-ins, and opening the app will never be what earns a day. We are still testing what iOS can measure reliably while the app is closed or the phone is off, and we will describe that precisely before launch.
Yes. Blocking is a tool for your own intentions, not an unbreakable lock. There is always an override you control, and essential access stays available. Time spent after an override does not count as offline.
