Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Offline Streak (the iPhone and Android apps and offlinestreak.com) handles information. The app is operated by Solstice Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, 215 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 400, Lakewood, CO 80226 ("we").
Summary
Goals, sleep hours, schedules, block settings and streak history are stored and processed on your iPhone. Screen Time information stays within Apple's protected boundary and is never uploaded to us. Deleting the app may remove local data.
Important information
Offline Streak helps you spend time offline by pausing the apps you pick, using Apple's Screen Time tools. Screen Time data and blocking are provided by iOS, so totals can differ from other apps, may take time to update, and can occasionally miss or double-count time. Blocking can be turned off in Settings or when you remove Screen Time access, so please treat it as a helpful nudge rather than a guarantee. It isn't designed as a parental-control or child-safety tool. Phone calls, emergency calls, Emergency SOS and apps Apple always allows keep working while apps are paused. If screen use is affecting your wellbeing, a health professional can help.
Your app selections are handled by Apple's Screen Time as private tokens; we can't see the names of the apps or websites you choose, and your usage stays on your device.
We don't sell your data or use your Screen Time, app choices or streaks to target promotions.
Deleting the app, or removing Screen Time access in iOS Settings, removes our access and the data stored on your device (and in your private iCloud if you turned on sync).
Information we collect
- If you choose to create the optional account: your email address and account details needed to sign in
- If you purchase the optional supporter subscription: purchase and subscription status
- If you choose to create the optional account: your email or Sign in with Apple identifier, and the name Apple shares if you allow it
Information we do not collect
- Your app usage or Screen Time activity
- The apps you select to block
- Your sleep hours, goals or schedules, unless you choose the optional backup
- Location, contacts or Health data
- Advertising identifiers or tracking across other companies' apps
Optional account
You can use every feature without an account. If you choose to sign up (with email or Sign in with Apple, 18 or older only), one account works in all of our apps. We store your email or Apple sign-in identifier, which of our apps you've signed in to, your marketing and beta choices in each app with the time you made them, and an optional backup of each app's settings and records. If you tap Back up, the backup includes your setup (goals, sleep hours and schedules). Your app choices and Screen Time data are never included; iOS doesn't allow them to leave your iPhone. If you have an ad-free subscription, we also store its end date and Apple's transaction identifier (checked against Apple's signature) with your account. You can sign out, turn choices off, or delete your account any time from Profile; deleting it removes it and its backups in all of our apps. Our apps on your iPhone
To avoid promoting apps you already have, the app checks whether our other apps are installed on your iPhone. It can only check for our own apps, and the result stays on your device. If you buy an ad-free subscription, the app saves its end date in a place only our apps can read, so our other apps on the same iPhone can turn ads off too.
iOS permissions
- Screen Time (Family Controls) — To let you choose apps to block, apply your schedules and budgets, and measure qualifying time away. Screen Time data stays within Apple's privacy protections.
- Notifications (optional) — For optional, quiet reminders that skip your sleep hours. Declining them doesn't affect your streak.
Android permissions
On Android, everything above that mentions your iPhone applies to your Android phone. Apple's Screen Time, iCloud and Sign in with Apple are not used. The Android app has no account and no backup service in this version; your rules, app choices and screen time stay on your phone and are never sent to us.
- Usage access (you turn it on in Android Settings): to count your screen time for your daily goal and streak, and to see which app comes to the front so the block screen can appear over an app you chose to block. This information is read on your phone, kept only there, and never uploaded or shared.
- Display over other apps (you turn it on in Android Settings): to show Offline Streak's own block screen over an app you chose to block, while one of your blocks is active.
- Foreground service: runs only while at least one of your blocks is in its scheduled window, with an ongoing notification, so blocking keeps working when the app is closed. It stops when no block is active and doesn't read or send anything else.
- List of launcher apps: to show the apps on your phone you can choose to block. Only apps with a home screen icon are listed, and the list stays on your phone.
- Notifications (optional): for the reminders you choose. Declining them doesn't affect blocking or your streak.
The app explains usage access and display over other apps before opening Android's Settings, and you can turn either off at any time; blocking then stops. Uninstalling the app, or Delete all data in Settings, removes everything it stored on your phone.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers only to run the app. They may not use your information for their own purposes.
- RevenueCat — Processing the optional supporter subscription and restoring purchases. It does not receive your app content.
- Sentry — crash and performance diagnostics via Sentry; no account, email or content
Advertising
Any ads in our apps promote only our own apps. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-app advertising, and do not use Apple's advertising identifier to track you.
Purchases
Optional supporter subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive purchase status (for example, whether a subscription is active) but never your payment card details.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can use the app without an account, turn off notifications and permissions in iPhone Settings, and delete local data by deleting the app. To access or delete information connected to you, email privacy@solsticesuiteapps.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable safeguards.

We will post changes here and update the date above.
