Terms of Use

These terms apply to Offline Streak and offlinestreak.com, operated by Solstice Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, 215 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 400, Lakewood, CO 80226. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the iPhone app; if these terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA controls for the app.
Free features and optional subscription
ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. Use the app without an account. We only ever show ads for our own apps, and they are occasional and dismissible. An optional subscription removes all ads and automatic signup reminders in all of our apps on your iPhone. Every feature stays free either way. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase.
Important information
Offline Streak helps you spend time offline by pausing the apps you pick, using Apple's Screen Time tools. Screen Time data and blocking are provided by iOS, so totals can differ from other apps, may take time to update, and can occasionally miss or double-count time. Blocking can be turned off in Settings or when you remove Screen Time access, so please treat it as a helpful nudge rather than a guarantee. It isn't designed as a parental-control or child-safety tool. Phone calls, emergency calls, Emergency SOS and apps Apple always allows keep working while apps are paused. If screen use is affecting your wellbeing, a health professional can help.
- Blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time and can be switched off by the person using the phone; it is a support, not a guarantee.
- Not a parental-control, child-safety or workplace-monitoring tool.
- Phone, emergency calls and Emergency SOS are never blocked; keep a way to reach people you may need.
- Screen Time totals come from iOS and may be delayed, incomplete or differ from Apple's own report.
- Streaks and scores are encouragement, not a measure of health.
- If screen use feels hard to control or affects your mood, sleep or relationships, consider talking to a health professional.
The app relies on Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls. We don't control how iOS applies or reports blocking and can't promise that every app, website or minute will be blocked or counted.
The app is a self-help tool for the person using the device. It is not a parental-control, monitoring or safety product, and you shouldn't rely on it to restrict another person.
Don't use blocking in a way that could stop you reaching help. Phone and emergency features are outside the app's control and remain available.
Screen Time figures, streaks and scores are estimates for personal reflection only.
The optional ad-free plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Every feature works without an account or payment. Creating an optional account requires being 18 or older.
Promotions inside the app are only for our own apps and never use your health, photo, screen-time or list data.
Our apps work together
One optional account for all our apps. Our apps (Offline Streak, WatchHRV, RollSorted, FastKept, Breathe for Five., All Set Checklists, Stick to Plan, BP Summaries, Daily Step Goals, Days Counting, Little Chore Crew, Payoff and Save, Quit Milestones, Sleep Soundboard, Sleep Summaries, WatchVO2, Water on Track and Words to Lift You) share one optional account. Signing in with the same email or Apple ID in another of our apps uses the same account, so you won't be asked to confirm your age again. Deleting your account deletes it, and its online backups, in all of our apps. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple account settings.
Ad-free in every app. An ad-free subscription bought in any one of our apps removes ads in all of our apps installed on the same iPhone. Our other apps learn the subscription's current end date when the app you bought it in is opened. If you don't open that app for a while after a renewal, ads may reappear in our other apps until you open it or tap Restore Purchases there.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Offline Streak provides general tools and information only. It is not medical, legal or other professional advice.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
